what should I do if there is a rub in the front wheels.
the tires touches the suspension slightly, should I get the spacer.
if so what size of spacer should I do.

and rear is 255/35/18 which is perfectly fine.
is the 3mm spacer going to be too small??
is there any security relate issues when using spacer, or anything??

Using any spacers without hubcentric will most likely produce vibration to the steering wheel. Even using H&R spacers can cause vibration to the steering wheel.
However, i do believe that if you use anything smaller than 3mm spacers, vibration might not exist. Good luck.

u must tell us the offset of the Wheels or will be kinda hard to help you i have a 3mm spacer and my offset is 38 so the spacer bring the offset down to 35 on my front right now and am fine no rubber no vibration or shaking at high speeds

I've search and came up to your other post which was answered.
And did you bother searching? I did it in 5 secs and got the answer.
*Hint
Search ---> stock offset ---> narrow down search to CLK

by the way, the clk430 offset is 37mm, so I believe our car has 35mm offset right.
so that means I will be fine with 5mm spacer, correct me if i am wrong
and also is the hubcentric really necessary, because the one they well on HR website is not hubcentric.
and also, do i need extended bolts since it's only 5mm
thanks,
Michael

clk offset is pretty much the same as the w203 offset. It usually runs anywhere from 35 to 38mm. I would take the front tire off and look inside the wheel just to make sure though.

the w208 CLK runs a slightly larger offset which the wheel will tuck in more if used on the W203. 3-5mm is all it takes to rub on the suspension.
you can run a 3mm or a 5mm spacer. The 3mm spacer will not cause vibration, but if you are going with the 5mm spacer make sure it's hubcentric.
The stock front bolts should be long enough to have minimum 4-5 turns on the bolts.

ichiba say their 5mm spacer is hubcentric, but it doesn't look like it from the picture.

I ordered a 5mm spacer, they said it's hubcentric, but it doesn't look like it on the picture.
