think is out of the battery??

think is out of the battery??
My C320 Sedan won't flash when i unlock it, so i have to use the key and unlock the door. After I unlock it, insert the key and the key won't turn. I "STFF" and found out try step on brake and turn the steeromg wheel a little bit won't work. So at last I think is the battery is out. I want to pop the hood but the hood is lock. any help please?? or is best call the roadside assist and let them do the work?

2) The hood is strictly mechanical. Have a bowl of wheaties and try again.
3) Check it with your spare key as well.

the hood- the switch pop out but no matter how i tried to pull it it just feel lock.
spare key-tried, same thing
Manual- didn't say anything about trouble and stuff
(The Manual is the one from my Coupe, so i don't think is any different stuff)

No need to delete the sig. Just a size reduction would have been fine. Sorry about the miscommunication.
When was the last time it popped open when you pulled the handle?
RTFM - "Roll this FINE MB" to the stealer. But I would avoid this if you live in SF and have to go down a hill.
Call roadside and have a friend stand by with a camera for historical reference when they arrive.
