.....all will contribute to difference in bulb color. one would need to isolate
this to determine why Kelvin differential between your two bulbs. there is
one more thought...and that is, the ballasts are supplying the same bulbs
differently. so you can swap left with right ballasts to see if the color
changes sides. if not, then focus on the bulbs as the causal effect.

tip: if one bulb goes out, better to buy a PAIR and to ask for same lot# if
you are at all picky of color match.
Thanks a lot for your comments.
I am not THAT picky.. since they are used set . I didnt expect a flawless condition of the Bix. But the thing shown on the picture .. that's Halogen VS Xenon..
Will try to isolate those factors one by one then.
Probably starting with buying a new pair of light bulbs..

But U didnt mention anything about the projector lense. Does that mean it's not a factor ? I dont know if they make any difference though but just listing all the things I can think of.

if the lenses are both the same you won't see a difference unless it's visually noticeable on the lense in the daylight. switch the bulbs before you buy new ones. why waste your money on a bulb when you may need a ballast??

Don't buy new bulbs yet, switch the ones you have now around and see what results you get as mentioned above.

your drivers side bulb is purposely angled to the left to prevent oncoming traffic from being blinded. On my C when u drive in the fog u can clearly see the drivers side xenon beam point to the right while the pass xenon beam is pointing straight (i am in the US) and they are factory fitted.

there is a disconnect in my brain for some reason. seems nearly all the head-
light adjustment tips seen on the Web are consistent in showing, eg back up
25' and adjust so that the apex point (horiz meets rise) is centerpoint and
equidistant. none have advised angling to the left.

you're referring to USA left hand drive and cutoff is flat on left...rise on right?
