Going to Germany
Well im going to Germany today. I plan on hitting the Mercedes Museum and also had a private tour arranged of one of the Mercedes plants that produces the C-Class, im not sure where it is. Im pretty excited. Ill post pictures when i get back in 2 weeks.

right on. take lots of pics and maybe even a video of the tour.
i went to Germany in the summer but didnt get a chance to visit any of the factories. it was mad busy with the world cup when i was there.

2003 C230K Coupe Orion Blue
The C-class (W203) is produced in Sindelfingen, you need to take the S-bahn train south from Stuttgart to Boblingen then switch lines. Look for Bus #19 when you get out at Sindelfingen, it just loops between the bus loop and factory.
They don't allow pictures at the factory, I got caught by the tour guide taking one of a half-finished c-coupe (orion blue of course
) but it's on film. Just don't make the same mistake I did; turn the stupid flash off. 
I remember outside the factories they have unreleased cars that you can see from the shuttlebus. You'll probably see a whackload of unwrapped W204s if they're also produced at Sindelfingen. Take some pics, nobody has a clean shot of the front end yet!
Other than that, hopefully you will enjoy the beer there. Damn I miss that stuff
