c240 turbo
I have been looking around for a turbo and it seems as though there are very few available. Of those turbos that are available they are very expensive costing about 10 grand.
So I was wondering what all of you w203 did to get your turbos.
Is there any way to get a turbo for a cheaper price?

In the market
The most cost efficient way to increase the performance of a C240 is to trade it in for something else. This is why there is very little aftermarket support for these cars in the area of performance and also why few people even bother to try.
Best of luck though

Depends on how handy you are.
NOS is cheap, and delivers. A used SC from the C32 is an option, or you could use the 3.7L pistons from the ML350, which would give you some displacment increase. Going from the 2.6 to the 3.2 or 3.7 isn't really practical because its a stroke increase, not just bore.
Trade it.
