try holding the eject button for 10-20 secs.
is it a poorly burnt cd or a scratched cd? if teh cd doesnt work very well sometimes it gets jammed.

I had a car once that the CD player wouldnt eject the CD every so often. I used to disconnect the battery and reconnect it and the CD would pop straight out. Don't know if this will work or not to be honest but it worked on that car.
ya its a burnt cd, probably fairly scratched up.
im gonna bring it in to MB today i guess

i tried holding it down for a while doesnt work. I went to the dealership they said its likely because its cheap blank media and the disc is too thick which causes it to jam....they said theyre going to have to send it to toronto to take it apart
. i tried to pry it out with tweezers but the slot is so thin its impossible..anyone have any other ideas

Is your car still under warranty? If so, dealer will give you a new unit.
It happened to me once, and dealer gave me a brand new unit. I was informed that it was due to poorly made cd's. (thicker than regular ones).
