There is quite a difference in power between the 350 and 250. A buddy and I test drove a brand new IS350. I took it to 105mph, without a salesman in the car and that sucker moves! Lexus definitely knows what they are doing. The interior is nice and the ride is not bad either. Congrats on your purchase.

I like the lexus and I am actually thinking of trading in my 05 C240 that i haven't even had for a year. The problem is you can't do anything to the car without spending an enormous amount of money. I know i should of done my homework first but geez!!! I think i might want go back to an american car or possibly a japanese car. I think the saying is somewhat true about a mercedes being a rich man's car. Not that i'm poor or anything but there's better cars out there in this class that are better.

you are right, the benz charges (post warrenty) are going to be higher, and more numerous than a japanese car... besides in a year you will still be the current body style (for lexus anyway)!
