from the front the star on the grill model looks like an R Class..haha. The star on the hood makes it look more like an S Class...I personally love the hood mascots. It's a luxury car.

personally,
i prefer star on the hood, not on the grill

but maybe sport verison (c230 sport) can have the star on the grill
and luxury verison (c280) on the hood

by the way, on the left one,
maybe it's a fully loaded c350,
as you can see there has parking senor on the bumper
and the right one doesn't have.

I like the center grill star better, because I feel the hood star is distracting... I go off in la la land and think "Im driving a mercedes, I feel good"

haha its nice not to have to see that damn thing all the time.. but it is useful for lining up the front of the car when you pull up to a light, keep that thing under the bumper in front of you and you will NEVER rear end anyone.. FYI*

one is sport, the other is not. I am not a fan of the star grill for our year, but that is nice!

Put the starless one on AMG kit. Sometime I like to drive my car without the "look at me, I am rich(stereotype) or hey I have a Mercedes" look.

I like the star on the hood...nothing like driving and seeing the MB logo floating in front.

I think they should have made the "star on the grille" an option on the sport models and not just made it standard. Nothing wrong with giving the customer the option.

The new CL and C are looking real nice. I am happy with the new styling. I think the general population agrees.

I'm still not sure whether I like the new Avant Garde models with the large star on the grill. Won't make a final judgement until I see the car in person. But this side profile of the front certainly looks VERY NICE and aggressive, much like the new CL.
