Road Trip

What kind of mileage are you guys seeing with your car? I drove from Los Angeles to Montreal (2600 miles) and averaged about 32MPG at about 85MPH.....Gotta love that 7-speed tranny.....

Where in Canada? BC? I drove through the US and came into Canada at the Freedom Bridge in Ontario. Did the mountains once in Winter in my 1986 Audi 4000s Quattro. Great car.

Yep Richmond BC. Just moved here from Toronto last year. I've done Vancouver to Toronto 4 times with a Toyota, but still yet to do it with C240. I'm curious to see how she performs in the rockies.

^The Rockies are bad because you lose a lot of power because of the air being less dense at that height.

MHPHOCKEY - Maybe, I was rounding. Probably more like 3000 because I had fun in Colorado and Nevada....

I didnt go on any really long road trips, but I had a day where I had to drive around 400 miles and in that day, I averaged around 62.5 mph and all highway driving and got 28.2 mpg - thats what the car's computer told me at least

You're in Seattle. Take a road trip to BC, get some good Canuck beer and ski your brains out. Great trip! 28.2 is good too.....
