BG Service safe for Benz?
Ive stff for about 20 minutes now, and nothing about BG services being safe. I found that the transmission flush has been done and is safe. However, they have other services, check this out and lemme know what you all think

—Fuel/Air Induction Service
—Lubrication & Fuel Service
—Diesel Injection Service
—Cooling System Service
—Transmission Service
—Drive Line Service
—Power Steering Service
—Brake Service
—Climate Control Service
—Battery Service
I'm afraid that some of these may set off sensors. example, Fuel/air induction service might mess up the air meter, or other electronics.
Can someone with knowledge tell me which ones are safe and which aren't? Maybe provide some answers to why the certain services aren't safe, and what exactly they will do. Feel free to share experiences as well.
Thanks everyone

Do they use OEM parts? I seriously doubt it.
Do they use recommended fluids? Mobil 1 0W-40 or 5W-40? M-B coolant? M-B recommended transmission fluid? Dot-4 Plus brake fluid?
Are they trained on Mercedes or ever see one?
Do they have the special tools that may be required to work on a Mercedes?
Find an independent who specializes in German cars including Mercedes or take it to a dealer.
