cl grill center MB star
i purchase a cl grill without the center MB star from a fellow member. i went to the stealership and ask for it and they let me try it but it doesn't fit. the member that sold me the cl grill said he bought it from formymercedes.com.do you guys know what part# for the type of star that will fit my cl grill

I think he is talking about the big star emblem on the grille itself... not the emblem on the hood.
My CL grille came with an authentic OEM MB star. Part # on the box is 638 888 00 86. I bought mine from http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=290074765488. Sorry I don't know if it will fit the CL grille sold from formymercedes. Looks to be the same though. Good luck.
