My blades a year. In the warm cal sun probably less. The
UV isn't good for them.

something MB should think about

it has been raining here in So Cal. one thing i could use on the c230 sport sedan would be a rear window wiper. water seems to just sit there. i wonder if the rear window spoiler would fix that.

Maybe its time to change to the aero-wipers. After having them for a couple of months, I think they are better than the old ones.

Harris -- I know you have provided the parts ## for aero wipers in one of your posts here, but what ticked me off was my dealer's inability to get the parts I had ordered plus another post by a US member who wrote that the US-spec (?) blades are the same for both sides... I'm sort of curious - how are yours compared to the stock setup as far as the wiping area is concerned?

TIA

The driver's side is actually a tad shorter than the stock ones. But you wont notice it if you are not comparing it side by side.

I am very positive that the driver's side wiper is shorter than the passenger side. It has nothing to do with whether the car is US spec or Canadian spec.

If you cant get them in the States, I can get it for you if you want.

Wiper blades have no "guaranteed" life. They can last as little as three months depending upon conditions.

Use Rain-X until you come up to the B service. You wipe it on, and buff it off. I'm also here in SoCal, and it's been a great help these last couple of days; esp. for the rear window.

Looks great.
Will really confuse the dealers, as Citron is no longer in the 2005 Coupes.

Also no Brilliant silver replaces by iridium silver and also Steel Grey.

i get my 05 grill Monday and will install that and post pics once its finished. i usually get comments from the dealers when i go since they either rarely or never see that color.

if you look closesly on the pic of the rear of the car, you can barely see i dont have my mirror in there yet. it arrives monday with my new rub strip for the driver side and grill. i have the old rub strip on there right now, just cleaned up.

Where are you getting your 2005 grill from? Steve?

Your color matched grill looks much better on Citron green than the stock grill color.

Easy, Open bonnet and undo the 3 nuts holding the old ones in place. Remove old ones , fit new ones and replace nuts. 10 mins max
