the brake lights is located above the (blue) bulb. and the strip where the rear hatch is.
the backup light is the top white strip with the blue bulb (which is super white when lit up)
the turn signals is thelower white strip with the orange bulb (which doesnt light up yellow, but lights up this powdery orange/red color. which is...HOTT)

just get any brand of clear coat, spray 2 or 3 layers, then wet sand it with high grit sand paper, after that apply high gloss polish, 3 layers, then wax, then your tail light will look great
