Angry No recalls on MB's? Let s go Class action

My thought is this, we are all having very expensive, time consuming pain the A---- problems, some of us have already paid the stealership, and of course they knew how to fix the problem because 20 other guys had the same dumb issues.............so lets all get together and get the ball rolling, I have two problems right now with my 2001 C320 1st is upper ball joint- same prob on an 01 I test drove before I purchased the one I have now...............Second problem seat module/bus connection? killing battery..............cmon guys............why did we buy MB????? WTF I have a Honda accord with 140k miles on NO PROBLEMS, we just shouldnt be going through this crap.

My 2001 performs quite well... better than any domestic model I've ever owned. Not flawless, but certainly not deserving of joining a Class action. It takes thousands to form a worthwhile CA lawsuit. I doubt you will find that many dissatisfied owners here. Thanks.

Gee maybe Im over-reacting I should willingly drop a grand or more for a new seat module even though many others have had the same issue, secondly hate to break the news to you, a class action suit doesnt take thousands to file, it takes a few people and the threat of going mass media. Think about RR, you never see one being towed................why..........thats because the have private covered trucks coming to pick up broken down vehicles........its all about image.
