yea i looked into these pillars too, but they are outrageous priced, for just a pattern look, not even cf. but they are the cleanest looking without sticking on top of the pillars.

Sounds about right.
Here's what they go for in the system:
Front:
Dealer Net 328.00
Wholesaler Net 440.00
Suggested List 550.00
Rear:

The only bad news I have is that the rear AMG B-Pillar is that no more are available in the Germany and there are only 4 total sets in the US. The front however is easier to get.

I asusme that above part #'s are for a pair. But is it:
the 2 rears, and the 2 forward pillars
or
the 2 left, and the 2 right pillars
????
Because some people have written that it is $300+ "per side"
But by what Chris wrote, I think it's the rear pair, and the forward pair.
Considering there are only 4 pairs of rears left in the USA, and none in Germany... can we get a group buy on the remaining 4 sets, before they're all gone ???
Chris can you get us the Dealer Net price or discounted further ? Any MBCA member discounts ?

Yeah, I owe you an answer on the tubes. Those numbers were printed on the tubes themselves, and they seem to be joined to the AMG airboxes, so maybe the airboxes come with those tubes attached.
Still trying to figure that piece out.
Most likely, I'll end up buying just about every single part in that schematic you sent me for the C32 engine. Let me know complete parts list and "best friend" price
If you can equate the schematic number with the part # that would help out tremendously, that way I know exactly what is what.
I also have to buy a Kleemann part that hooks the splitter to the MAF.

Yup. Although, it makes me want to check some So-Cal wrecking yards to see if there's some wrecked 2002 C32's / Sport Sedans that they've parted out. I'm thinking this would be the only way to get a "bargain price" on the pillars.

For sure. You wouldn't know of anybody that would be interested in a beat up 1989 300 SEL, would you?...LOL. My parents are trying to get rid of it and are most likely going to donate it. Still runs (barely), but if someone ends up buying it, I'm sure they'd consider it.
