Got a SRS message after install audio 10
After installing the audio 10 I got this SRS message 
anyone know how to get that thing away? or I must go to dealer for this?

That's really really bad, you messed up your car really bad, you should have never put in the audio 10. Actually you probably unplugged the connector on top of the front panel that connects to the SRS off light. Connect it back up and the warning will go away. BTW: it will throw a code so when you go in for service they'll probably reset it, no biggy.

Ups! I posted the same diagnostic on another thread. I agree with Buell, you should check that square black connector. There are 3 similar sockets for the same type on connector back there, so make sure to use the right one (whic is actually the one on the right side). You can also verify that matching the little numbers on the connector (I thing they are 1,3,4 and 6) and the ones on the socket. Hope this helps!

For those looking. The numbers don't match up. They are simply pin indicators (i.e. Pin 1..6). Both of the connectors where this plug will fit have the same number.
I spent a good amount of quality time trying to look for a difference - then searching threads - and nope.
Finally, I did a what the hey and put it in the first hole. Alas I lucked out!

U dont have to go to the dealer..
It happend to me the same while installing new sound system..
the problem is simple..
just make sure that the connection on the SRS light in the cover whrere the audio is connected well..
i mean the small light shows u SRS working when u swtich on the car then it turn off by itself after seconds..
just make sure while u remove the cover of the audo and AC is connected well to the small light of SRS..

This would have not happened if when you are taking apart something, mark the location where it is plugged into or where it goes into. In the past I have removed a lot of electrical connections/parts from vehicles and when I do I always tag the location where it goes so I would not end up having to guess where it goes. This is just from experience don't take it wrong, I have had to work on vehicle air bag systems and that is the most critical part of the vehicle, one wrong move and it could get expensive so I try to be extra careful when working on a vehicle.
