Just an FYI, make sure you check with them before ordering. I ordered mine over a week ago for my W211. It never showed up in the FedEx system. Called to inquire and received this response via e-mail after they told me they would look into it. I spoke to Nick (always very helpful) and he unfortunately had the same bad news.
"We regret to inform you that the W211 Black grills have been delayed indefinitely from our supplier. Because we are unable to commit to their availability, we have canceled your order and issued a full credit card refund.

that ruins everything...IMO the guy needs to get rid of the yellow lights then I think the car can def pull off the black grille no problemI love everything about the car, including the yellow lense.
