Interior BLACKLIGHT LEDS installed.

Hi All, I just installed some interior LEDS and hmm...black lights. and some classic super white LEDS. (My car got stuck because of the huge snow storm here on the north east, so LED fogs (finally resistors came in!) will go on next weekend!

below are some pictures. it looks pretty sweet. they are all 42mm. cept the reading light, which is a 194/168.

something weird is that the dome lights (front and back) stay very dimly lit even if the lights are shut off and car is locked. hope it doesnt drain the battery

enjoy,

I tried capturing the true brightness in the pictures, but it never comes out correctly.

but, do u guys think that my battery will be drained? because both of the dome lights are dimly lit because it's LEDs.

Yeah, let me borrow those lights for a little bit. Mail them to me or something. LOL JK. It's hard, if not impossible, to capture photographically blacklight the way we see it with our eyes.

Love it advans! I did this with my mx-6 before, but that was before LED's were readily available.

thanks drex,

I've been playing around with LEDs for a while. next up are cluster lights. hmm, but I wonder exactly how many I would need.

I want to add "interior floor LEDs" just for the hell of it. but...it looks ricey. but it'd also look hott at a show!

rlee, were your LEDS dimly lit as well!?

Since I already had a set of 9006/HB4 LED fogs, I'm thinking of making a set of H7 LEDs for highbeam. since I already have HIDS.

My question is what type of bulbs you have and where do you order them from ? How do you install the dome lights ? Is resistors needed ? Also where do you get LED Foglight 9006 bulbs ?

Try http://www.visionbulbs.com/index.php for a full set of the interior lights.

I just went to AutoZone for my fog lights, I got the Sylvania Silverstars. Didn't think the LED set up was worth it.
