At least it was just an apple.
I got my windshield smashed when my car was about 6 months old.

I used to live over at nasioc.com (primarily a WRX forum). One guy posted up a story of some acura driver who cut him off then spat a huge lugie up out of his sunroof right onto the windshield of the WRX. There were people posting up that they'd run the guy off the road then kill him. I reckon we are all sometimes guilty of taking our rides too seriously. It is, after all, just a car. That said, I wouldn't have a problem with jumping out of the car and doing a citizen's arrest on anyone who threw anything at my car. I'd call 911 and keep the ****** on his toes with a nice twist on his arm or something. You can't be blamed for being a little rough when he resists a citizens arrest can you?

Is @ Home
Just the other day some children were playing baseball in the streets and happened to swing the ball right at the front bumper. Luckily I wasn't going fast to cause any damage nor were their 5-7 year old arms powerful enough. I left them off with a warning, told them how its okay for any other car but not mine.

At least he didn't have a gun.
I've been stuck at a red light, with the guy next to me
waving a gun.
Under my sunglasses my eyes were popping out of my head.

You reminded me of something I saw in NYC one night. Me and a group of friends were on 6th Ave. and this big drunk guy walked up to a car service car (you know one of those black lincolns) and i guessed wanted the car to drive him somewhere. When the guy said no and put up his window he started banging on the car, and since it was a red light with like tons of traffic the driver couldn't move. The guy then RIPPED the f-ing wiper off the car and started smacking the car with it! It was kindof comical, but I felt bad for the driver.
