OEM Xenon Kelvin Question
I am looking for PIAA replacement foglights for my 03 C230SS and want to match them as closely as I can to my OEM Xenons. These are not the new clear OEM BIX, but the OEM frosty Xenons.
I want to know the kelvin rating of the OEM bulbs. A thread search did not help much since OEM frosty Xenons aren't very popular. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Here is what I bought. http://www.cardomain.com/item/PIA10926
A little more than the Phillips, but I am sure I will be happy. Never been disappointed with a PIAA bulb.
I'll post some pics when they are installed. They are in the 4100k range, so they should be close to my Xenons.

Oh well to each their own.

PIAA extreme white will match as close as possible for halogen bulbs.
I have NOKYA Arctic White's in my fogs, but they don't match as close as I'd have liked.

Perhaps I forgot to mention the Philips are 4K....likely the same thing except from the land of the rising sun, and 2.5 times the price. I've found Philips to be very good quality, don't burn out. PIA is overpriced on everything they sell, IMHO.
Oh well to each their own.![nix](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/nixweiss.gif)

Kelvin rating on OEM Xenon (whether BI-X or not) are 4300k. I don't think they changed the bulb, just the housing and the projector application.
