Kev....suck it up and either give him his money back or find the parts that he needs and move on with your life. Your reputation is going to suck after this if you don't. And that's something that you will have to live with a longer than the $120 profit will last.

At this point, I'm going to try and find a way to get that clip for the headlights. Anyone have any suggestions?

Everyone, just to clarify, I called Kevin and he said he's gonna go find the clips. In addition, he agreed that if he can't find the clips by MONDAY NIGHT, he's gonna REFUND my money.

I am not bull****ting but he said (in SMS) that he have bought a new one and he offered me to exchange it with mine on Wednesday or Thursday. Come one everyone, does it makes sense for him to buy a new one or even a used one and exchange it with mine? what's the point? he is still gonna keep the one that doesn't come with the clips rite? come one Kev, I know you're just finding a reason to lengthened your PROMISE!

When he smsed me about the offer, I asked (to clarify) whether the new one that he just bought is in condition or not. He didn't reply my sms ever since.

It pretty much comes down to two things:
1. No more funny business and you just want your money back (Monday night)
2. If you really want the headlights, give him up to Thur like he says and see what he has for you or the money will be in your hand.
Since the forum members aren't part of this deal at all, we can only observe and throw in a few random suggestions here and there. It's very hard for us to take sides but we shouldn't anyway. But come on guys, I am sure you guys can work something out without getting heated over a pair of headlights.

The point is that he is getting a new set of lights for you is because in case if he can't find just the clips, he will have to buy an entire set. He is pushing it back to Wed or Thur is probably because he won't be able to find a set on Sunday or up until Monday night.

2. If you really want the headlights, give him up to Thur like he says and see what he has for you or the money will be in your hand.

I don't mind if he's gonna give me a new set by Wed or Thurs, but the thing is that, I don't want him to say some more reason on Thrusday that he couldn't get the clips nor the new lamps.

Okay, I'm not screwing around. I bought a pair of used headlights, but newer than the ones you currently have, off of a forum member here. I'm not going to name names but when he sees this, he'll probably chime in and confirm that I bought these from him. He's shipping it UPS 3 day.
