Yes, they will fit just fine. Any wheel from any C, CLK or SLK will fit each other, any year (except the AMG models which must have 17" wheels to clear the brakes).
I have the ultra-thin spoke AMG's, staggered 17x7.5 front and 17x8.5 rear (same as CLK 430, CLK 500, SLK sport package and C-class european sport package) on my C240. Looks great.
