One of my washer nozzles self-ejected, limiting the fire suppression capabilities.

If the dealership sold you the vehicle and the warranty, which listed the headlights as covered under warranty, but failed to disclose that your vehicle had headlights that are not covered, preferrably in writing, then they need to pick up the tab, or get insurance to cover the damage.

Presumably all the documentation they provided show this as a covered part and they failed to provide documentation that shows this is not covered, then it is time to become a pain-in-the-butt. How is the buyer, in a situation like this, supposed to know that the warranty doesn't apply, when the dealership has all the information and doesn't share that with the buyer?

As an opposing position, an easy way to determine if the Xenon was not factory installed is the absence of washers / extinguishers. Everybody knows that...

^Well part of the problem is my dealer is in another state, and the MB Sales Team, Service Team and GM that sold me the car with Bi-Xenons, Tails,Fogs, and Blinkers, no longer works at the place. They hired completely new employees, and last time I was their the new employees looked at my car funny bc they said B-Xenons, Fogs, Tails, and Blinkers should have not came on my car. They thought it was weird because there were no headlight washers. Thats how I know it wasnt factory installed. But point being when I bought the car along with the extended starmark they told me it covers everything except service issues and paint. So with that said, how can I get this issue covered at another MB Dealer under extended ? What if they say my car should have not have Bi-Xenons ? Whats the best option for me to do now ? I find MB being a pain now especially when they sell you an extended warranty and dont want to repair it under that. Please help.

Would I need a whole new headlight assembly or a brand new igniter ? Also could their be other possible damages inside the headlight assembly besides the igniter one should be aware about ? I checked on oempartsdirect and a Bi-Xenon assembly is $1300 for just the drivers side alone.

i think in ur case, new ignitor, if still not working, probably it's the cheap MB bulbs that causes your problem. as i've always said, MB parts kinda suck, they really don't worth the buck, ur just buying the brand

What is the text of the applicable warranty sections read?

My opinion is that the selling dealership, regardless of turnover, bears some responsibility, unless their sales agreement provides them an out, or unless they defined the headlights weren't covered by the purchased warranty, or unless the warranty provides them an out.

Also, get it fixed, save the receipts and continue to persue coverage. It is YOUR responsibility to limit future damages, such as a night-time crash.

^Well the purchasing stealer is responsible they sold me the car with Bi-Xenons. I didnt get nothing in writing of what exactly those the warranty cover but just a sheet telling me when warranty expires. They told me that non services issues like, wipers, oli changes, brakes are not covered under warranty. Like stated before the dealer got a completly new employee staffing and everyone I knew is now gone. The new techs says my car shouldnt have bi-xenons in the first place. Now I have a problem and Im trying to get it fixed under starmark warranty. The stealer is out to rape me for my money. I need to drive my car at night and I cant. Please help.
