if either one of us would have lived in the US we would have just bought a new car as well HOWEVER - we do NOT live in the US and thus is a new car out of the question...FYI: both stations (the 2001 one that I bought 1.5 years ago and his 2002 one that was bought 1 month ago) have cost more then the price of a new 2006 C350 in the US...importing that black one into the netherlands (from germany) has cost 5600 euro (7600USD) and that is just TAX for an 5 year old car with more then 100.000 miles in it's past.
so in order to make driving a car affordable (we do not lent money for a car nor do we lease cars overhere), one will have to settle for something slightly older AND driving a car with some personalised modifications makes driving it so much more fun then driving a car of the shelf.
greetingz,

greetingz,
With that amount of money what could I buy in US?
And then is the price of fuels...
