prolly why i didnt... right around the time i went to get em there was a lot of talk about them only lasting so long before the leds burnt out. my original idea was to get non-leds and fit them with led bulbs... didnt end up panning out. gonna take another stab at it later. later.

because the led one have to many problems, and there is always an led missing in the bunch, so it was not going to be worth it and i dont want to keep getting them changed under warranty all the time. that is just annoying. I saw a set of led on a few cars in town and they all had the same thing to say about them. so that is why i stuck to the original bulb one's. these are bright enough for me so i dont mind.

I have also think in "something like the SLR with the strakes" but it's tu difficult to do in CF.

Best Regards.

Can someone in Europe get me the MB part # for the diffuser on the C Coupe?
If this is possible we should be able to purchase this diffuser.

That diffuser is NOT available as a HW part # because there's only 15 of them on the AMG Special Edition C32 AMG Coupe.

However there are two other diffusers for the rear AMG Coupe bumper:

Rear bumper

Guys,

if someone can sell me a rear bumper I can start working on a rear diffuser for our cars CF or Plastic. All I need is the area outlined, but I need a bumper to start.

I just got the idea after seeing a nissan Nizmo and I thought it would be very original. Now I look at this thread and it's 3 years old.

I like the M3 style CF one, but a flat black over lay probably wouldn't snow op on black cars.

there's a guy at my gym that has a full Nismo kit on his 350Z... the diffuser (hell, the entire kit) is too busy, doesn't flow well with the lines of the car, is too ricey, and looks like ***. I should take a pic of it--a completely riced out 350Z.

for those of you that don't know it, here's a pic:

HORRIBLE!

BTW DMC'S AMG, your dual Kleemann exhaust is hott!

it'd be pretty difficult to make a diffuser because of the way the bumper curves in the middle when it is on:

but it is possible. some SLR fins might be nice

here is SuperC55's before he parted out the car:
