Kev, you definitely have the bulb misplaced. Even using my HID, it's not that bad.

At last.. these are the pics...

The first pic is the frosted with halogen
the second is the forsted with HIDs
the 3rd is the clear with the HID..
you can see how blurred the HIDs using the clear OEM headlamps compared to frosted.
Ps: The pics are taken about 13ft from the wall

I did. It only move the output to left/right or up/down but doesn't change any of the pattern. Notice that the passenger side are also worse than the driver side.

Ow, I realized why u asked me to adjust the aim.. in the 3rd picture, I didn't mean to show that the passenger side is aimed higher than the driver side, but the pattern is just screwed up..

Hmm, i just waited like 20 minutes of my time trying to get the low beam light to fit. yeah, i could not get it to fit perfectly at all...is it supposed to just plug in? or do u have to turn it? clockwise or counter? ughhhh so mad, i think cagthuz might have put the clip on upside down or something cuz i can get the bulb to aim correctly by holding it with my hand, but i cant get it to stay like that

I am pretty sure I put it (the clip) correctly coz if I put it upside down, the clip won't fit in screw's hole. here: if you see the bulbs (h7), there is like a this "part" (shown on the picture), which should be on the TOP.. and after you put it the bulb with that part on the TOP, secure the clip by turning it counterclockwise from where you stands or if you see the lamps from the back, turn it clockwise.

Like half an inch until it's locked. Make sure you unlached the lock before you put in the bulb by turning it the other way.

Make sure when you put the bulb, the clip is unlocked.. Then after you put the bulb correctly, lock the clip by turning it cclockwise (if you see the lamp from the back) about half of an inch.

+1 for HID fogs because they just look superb. Here's a pic of my euro spec bi-xenons and hid fog kit
Hey AndySays,
What kind of fogs do you have? Where did you get them, and how much? PM me. They look awesome and match up nicely with the bi-x.

Any brand of HID with 6000K would do it...

i got a chance to fiddle around with the assembly today only to realize that that black clip actually has FUNCTIONALITY. i had no idea that u twist the black piece to secure it into place. i was turning the h7 bulb the whole time like a dolt, so now the bulb is secure and wont budge. but, im gonna have to wait until tonight to see if its aimed right. if its still aimed too high, will twisting that cap with a screwdriver lower the light beam? or does that only serve left to right adjustment?

I don't understand why you mean with "cap". To adjust the aim, you there are 2 black screws on the headlights. One of them for left/right and the other for up/down.

Yeah, sorry, I meant those two screws. Oh, so if my headlight is aimed too high, I can twist the screw with a screwdriver until I'm satisfied with the aiming of the light?

Just for reference, what's a good guideline for how high and how left/right to aim your headlights?

Edit: Also, one of the screws to adjust the aiming of the light is covered by a plastic cap, so I can't access the light while it's in the car. I really hope that one is the left/right one. The screw that is covered is the one closer to the fender.

Best instructions I have seen to PROPERLY aim your headlights is here If you follow those instructions you will get the most out of you new headlights.

By the way, the clears are a nice change from the frosty's
