Just for reference, what's a good guideline for how high and how left/right to aim your headlights?

Finally got dark out, here's a pic I took about 10 minutes ago.

The clear lens headlamp is on the driver's side and the frosted is on the passenger's side. Is the driver's headlight aimed too low or is the driver's side headlight supposed to be aimed lower than the other side? Is the passenger side aimed too high? I'd be VERY happy if I put in the clear headlamp for the passenger side and the light beams matched up exactly. You can see it in the picture; there is a very very very annoying hot spot, lol.

the driver's side is suppposed to be lower so it does not blind oncoming drivers.

Yeah, I remember reading that somewhere, but I didn't think it was that big of a difference, but apparently my pass. side is too high.

cag, i'd lower the pass. side, but im gonna put in the clear ones soon anyways, most likely wednesday. and if i dont this week, i'll definitely lower the beam on the frosted one, just cuz it'd be annoying to drive with such a difference in light output
