Some rust perforation on driver's door. Warranty has expired. Take the car to MB Weston and they found more rust on the other doors as well. Anyway they repaired it for FREE which would otherwise have cost me $900. They also clean the interior for FREE.
Now I can enjoy the summer ride.

Usually they give pens and posters or some additional work for free like wheel balance. Once in a while can get baseball caps or coffee mugs. Once I got a thermos. Jealous?

liked you (though they may). I believe your car was covered by door corrosion
service campaign. did they mention that at all?

didn't apply anyway, since my review was probably for US vehicles. then again,
since it was a recall, it may have still applied past the warranty period anyway.

Oh... the check engine light comes on... car is at shop again... I wonder they rigged the fault light to skim some $$$ after the free job.

When i was buying the car i told the dealer it was a b-day present to myself, so he threw in CD changer and rear foldable seats as a present from the MBUSA.

Ummm...are you really saying that W203s will start to rust after 6 years? Not looking forward to that. Tell us you stored your car at a car wash or in a river to reassure us, okay?!

Admit I am a bit lazy not to wash the car more often... and the road salt hurts in winter.
