Yes it does. You can however always aftermarket xm/sirius without buying thier(dealership) antenna.

2005 C Wagon (No snickering please!)
The antenna is not installed on the cars at the factory through the 2005 model year. The sat antenna was installed on the trunk of sedans and the roof of wagons by the VPC (vehicle preparation center) or the dealer. Many cars had fiber optic cables labeled SDARS and a power/wakeup electrical connector. The installer had to make a 20mm hole in the sheet metal for the antenna. A tool called a "unibit" was specified because a drill would spoil the panel. The factory also specified some primer on the bare metal edge of the hole. The antenna itself has two cables that connect to cables going into the receiver. The antenna is black, but some folks had them color matched to the body color.

Thanks Moviela.. I do not think I am going to be using my unibit on the body of the car.. I had my XM antenna on my old car under the bumber cover and it worked flawlessly esp. with the metal to so called ground itself to. sounds like that is where I will put it on my C. Since the bumper will be off to get re-painted.. They do not have GPS antenna's pre-installed do they?
