If you have leather trim and you cover your seats with sheepskin (I don't know why you would though), then you may scratch your leather...of course this depends on the thickness and texture of the hide under the sheepskin.

But I do wear shorts (no, not short-shorts like Richard Simmons).On hot/sunny days I flip the seat forward all the way when getting out so that the seating surface is shaded. I usually have to grab something out of the back anyway so I just leave the seat flipped. But even when I forgot to do that I didn't have a problem.

all cars i had comes with leather.....even in Malaysia where it is about 35 degrees celcius all year round.....
but when i first came over here, and experience leather seat in winter... i appreciate heated seats...but well, its ok..since i am in LA now...no worries!
