I'm trapped in Florida hell all week, helppppp!!!! It was cool watching the shuttle launch and the girls on the beach look pretty good but how do you people put up with this insane heat and humidity and it's not even summer yet? It's back to So Cal tomorrow, just one more day, haha.

I've been here since i was 3, so i'm used to it now. I swear sometimes you can fry and egg on the sidewalk.

hey buell where are you staying at? I hate the heat myself, but I was in LA last week, they said it was sunny outside but all i could see was haze. Although it is friggin hot, at least we can see blue sky. The heat is nothing compared to the property taxes and windstorm protection

Staying with a buddy in Satelite Beach, 96F today. This is the best time to be in L.A. We call it June Gloom (or May Gray last month). The sun comes out for a few hours between 2-4PM but the best part is the daytime highs are in the low 70's, perfect for me. We will get plenty of sunshine come summer in August through October. It was very interesting seeing real rain (we consider it a storm if it's drizzling outside). Also the bugs, the front of my rental car was coated in love bugs and I saw bees the size of spark plugs. They say they don't sting, maybe they just pick you up with their jaws and bring you back to the nest to feed the baby bees.
