They dont make replica Rieger body pieces like the Lorinser fenders that you see on ebay. Your just going to have to take that hit to the wallet in order to get that front bumper. I am going to get the entire kit for my car. Remember you get what you pay for and I have heard the replica Lorinser fenders dont match up like the OEM ones and you may have to mod them in order to make them fit but there are still gaps.

Depends on your suspention. My bumper, with a 1/4" lip sits about 3 1/2" off the ground. I am lowered on vogtland springs, but I have a 4matic which comes with a 30" lift kit stock.

Much appreciated. C24owner, how much did your entire Rieger body kit cost you in the long run? I have been looking and I have found the cheapest for the entire kit to be $1403. I have a friend who does body kits and fabrication and he will install and paint but I was curious if you may have found a better price somewhere out there for the kit alone? Thanks.

I paid about $1100 for the kit. There was a rieger group buy a while back, I bought the bumper, fogs, and side skirts from them and the rear add on from a fellow member.

Formymercedes.com used to sell the front bumper for $599, but the price went up to $695

I got that price estimate from Formymercedes.com, too bad I didnt get it before so I could save $100. Looks like my wallet will have to take the bite but it will be well worth it. I am making the money for it being overseas anyway so why not, right.

Look on formymercedes.com

The $1400 was just for the body components because I am unsure of what fog lights I want to go with. I still have a year to decide since I am overseas until Sep 2009. But it also did not include S/H. I also saw the separate pieces on Ebay from a Rieger seller but I do not recall the price.

You think it'll look weird by installing Rieger front bumper and keep all my non-sport skirts/rear bumper?

I might have to check the dimension of the Rieger bumper..

Yes. Hahah...

I think the new reiger bumper looks great w/ the amg skirts + rear bumper. Even w/ the lorinser front fenders it looks great, at long as the amg skirts/rear bumpers are there. The bottom lines just flow really well.

just buy the authentic. it's not like the Rieger will cost you an arm and a leg with ridiculous price.

No eh? LOL

I'm thinking Rieger front and the rest is stock, but I'll slam my rears and keep my front's height around 1 finger gap to keep my front/skirts/rear bumper in balance

If you keep the rest stock even if you slam the back the car still wont look right without aftermarket body parts to keep the lines of the body flowing together.

That is the old Reiger bumper. The new one is a bit more aggressive and has side vents like the E63. PM me and I can give you the place where I got mine. I got a hell of a deal.

oh man, not this bumper again. i searched for this bumper for ever last year..! i was determined to find it but was a faillier. i purchased it from a web site and actually called them to tell them that i wanted the exact same one on the picture and he was like "yea, we got it in stock". i was the freegin happiest man alive..!!! man i couldnt sleep untill i got it 2 weeks later and opened it just to find out that they had sent me the e63 (new style) bumper which i had never seen. my heart just fell out of me and saw it drop into a fire full of other broken hearts. so i called back and they didnt have an explanation as to why they had sent me that one, but they did say they would arrange ups to pick it up @ my house. the next day the manager called me in the morning to inform me that the old style was no longer available and offered me $100 to keep it which was going to be the shipping cost to ship it back. and thats when i gave up on mickey (i named the bumper, he he) the old style rieger bumper. but hey, i coulnd let this deal pass me by and now im happier than ever with the e63, getting ready to instal it in the next couple of weeks when i finish switching the led bulbs in the angel eye fogs that came with it with hi powerd leds.
