For all of you here in South Florida, Moosejaw told me about a great little independent shop in Hallandale, I went there today to have my oil changed. Had a oil change, new filter, and complete inspection, only 70$ and I waited only like 20 mins! Guy worked for Mercedes for 15 years, is a master tech. has all the mercedes equipment, can do diagnostics and everything!!!!!! Prices are easily half of what the dealership!!!

Another great shop i went to today

Local in Fort Lauderdale. Reasonable rates for Service A and B. Knowledgable staff. Techs are from local MB dealers. Six or seven bays with four wheel alignment machine. Guys were very honest. Told me my repairs would be covered by existing warranty by the MB dealer. Didn't even charge me a diagnostic fee. Check em out

I take it back. They suck. I think they have new management or new mechanics, but either way I would not go there ever again. Total bad attitude and I would rather go to a dealer than to them. This last time they were the exact opposite of my first review. He was dishonest with the products he was gonna use on my car, condescending in every sense and I am glad I didn't let him touch the car.

got some work done, and replaced parts i didnt need...told me they replaced my fuel filter and oil change...went to benz 15k miles later and benz claimed neither had been done. wanted to charge me 700 for alternator..i told them id supply the bosh alternator ($250) and they declined the labor...bad attitude...

Its in south florida just not on the East coast but, Encore Motor Cars here in Sarasota did my oil change for 100 bux and gave me $25 off card for my A Service in 13K miles. They have 2 MB master techs and 1 of the guys is an X service manager, they are legit and dont over charge.

Yeah, I thought that as well but I'll swing by their shop on Monday to check them out. At this point, they're the best and closest option I have short short of going to the stealership.
