just be glad your key fob isn't this big.... that would require one large @$$ key chain !

I have 2 keys for my car, One has a grey tip and the other has a black one. I would just buy the little tip thing to tell the keys apart

no, just a blank spot, but if you press hard enough, it will pop the rear hatch.

Why not put a bit of nail polish on the exposed portion of the metal key?

my Coupé fob-keys used to NOT have a trunk button either, until I had them swapped at the dealership for the 3-button fob-keys.

While that was certainly true, I don't have to press as hard now on the trunk button with the new Coupé fob-keys.

easy bangkok; you're the genious that decided to post in the thread. I've seen dozens of stupid threads (many HERE) that I just ignore. As for multiple key chains, I carry one key chain with 1 house key and two identical car keys. 2 separate key chains doesn't simplify, it complicates. As for the trunk button or the key-release button, they just require too much attention span and detailed looking for this multi-tasking middle-aged American to notice while I'm talking on my cellphone and trying to start my car. I guess I'll stick with the pinstripe.

hey, so how, exactly, DOES one replace the the colored tab onthe key? I realize I have a black and a silver tab on the keys to my silver car (and a silver and blue for the black car, but that's less imortant). If I could swap the black tab on my silver car's key for the blue tab on my balck car's, that would help.....

Keep each key in separate front pockets, that way you won't have to even look

They just pop out and snap back in. I used to have some, let me look to see if I still have any. If I find them they are yours.
