I'm not sure, this morning, I was just playing with it just to see if the HID working or not, I didn't really pay attention of the beam pattern. Next week I will re-install it again, and I will take a pix of the cut line too..

thanks,
I guess by first option you mean OEM bi-xenon?? The problem i have is the right headlight is out of alignment, and the dealer told me the adjustment screws are bad and my extended warranty doesn't cover it so i habe to buy a new headlight??

Is there anyone who sells good headlights with black housing? I currently have a 2005 c230 kompressor and bought a HID kit which is working fine for me but i want to get the black housing to match black grill.

I just bought the bi-xenon depo headlight from ebay and when I install the head light, does the HID supose to ON right away when I turn the switch on or what??
I just installed mine and when I tested it out, the HID won't turn on, is that because I have to go to MB dealer to present the xenon off to on first?
the depo is pretty much plug and play right? 3 connectors from the ballast, and 1 big connector attach to the headlight?
What did I do wrong?

You wire up everything correctly.
Also the LED turnsignal will not work with your DEPO housing.

I got it works too, but I un-installed it again because I want to wait until my grill is painted and my lip kits are on, and I think after I re-install it again, i have to go to MB dealer to present the Xenon ON right? ... The headlight looks ugly now with a chrome grill .. ( I have the black housing ones)

Thinking of getting some new lights; I like the look of the DEPO projector but if they are not going to function properly then I would rather get some used Mercedes OEMs.
Thanks.

any coupes out there retrofitted a depot bi-xenons?
i am debating on whether to invest or not since it seems like bi-xenons are almost impossible to find for the coupes (according to steve).
darwin at carlabs claims the depot lights are indistinguishable from the oem bixenons... has anyone purchased them from carlabs and has feedback on the appearance, fit, or durability?
thanks!
