Yellow Dash lights, or Orange?

I describe the dashboard lighting in my sedan as Orange, but my wife thinks it's more Yellow. I do see more yellow in the MFD display, but the speedo, tach, etc., appear more Orange to me. How would you folks desrcibe it?

I think it is yellow, but I'm not sure. I'm color blind.

I do believe that the color is most aptly described as "amber." I'd bet that's what Mercedes-Benz calls it, at least.

According to Merriam-Webster, the second definition of "amber" is: "a variable color averaging a dark orange yellow."

So, I suppose that you and your wife are both right, MB-BOB. Though, if I had to choose one or the other, I'd go with "orange."
