I did a search but could not find the answer.
I have an 04 230 sedan without the sport package but with the staggered 17" wheels.
My question is: to lower the car using stock parts (05 C230 sport springs) do I also need to get different shocks and other parts? I have a chance to buy the springs only, but the point is moot if I need to find the shocks to go with it. Also are the sway bars different.
Do the sport springs work with the stock shocks for the C230 6 sp?

The question is how low do you want it? do you want a 1 finger gap all the way around? if so, I'd suggest Tein springs because they have a very stock ride with my stock shocks.
However, if you have an 04 you might need new shocks depending on how many miles you have so you might want to just do the shocks now too

Shocks only have 29,000mi I should hope that they don't need replacing already
