SLVRC230SS Custom Grill
What's up, guys? I decided to customize the CL grill a bit since I'm not a fan of the big benz logo in the front.
I want to hear your opinions if I should paint it black, carbon fiber, or silver(like the car). I'm leaning toward the carbon fiber, but before I start the long process, I'll see what you guys think. The pictures show primer black.

I'd lean towards the cf side as well, since you have the cf lip

Looks good man.
I would get it wrapped in CF since you have the lip.
If you plan on painting it, you might want to spend some more time sanding and bondoing. Paint is very unforgiving, the slightest imperfection will show up.

Both your new one and the sport grille look sick, but in different ways. Like the others said if you can carbon fiber it up maybe it would look better, but I kind of like the 05 a bit more on your car. Definitely some good work.

Hahahhaah, no harsh feeling, actually I been thinking about changing the rims, but I haven't found one that has like 4" lip in the back. Maybe that's the last thing I change after I'm done with all the modding.

paint to match. cf'ng your grille will only pin-point whats cf'd. the object needs to make it seem like it belogns there. not to stick out, ya know.
thats just my take on it. good job btw

Hmm, do you have more pics of your grill? I just want to see how it looks more without the chrome strips. I feel it's a little bulky with the strips. Once I overlay the cf, there is no turning back so I want to make sure. Thank you.
