Is it normal for the 03 c230 kompressor to run this hot? looks too much to me...
is there something wrong with the Thermostat? can some one help...

Newb, first of all, you really need to get descriptive in your thread title. Just putting "question" doesn't help anyone understand what you are wanting.
Next, try the search function. The W203 is now a defunct chassis, so it has had a good 7 year run. In that 7 years, almost every question has been asked and answered on this forum.
Next, it should be normal for your car to run in the 80-100 degree range, depending on the heat of the day. Relax. Your car is probably very normal.
