Anyone installed crank pulley for 2002 C200K?

Hello people, anyone here installed a crank pulley for a 2002 C200K (any brand)? Can you feel the power gain?
If you have could you please post me the diameter of the pulley so I can get one made like the guys here that got ASP pulleys.
Unfortunately my mathematical abilities are limited and I feel that if I experiment I would fail miserably

Cheers

Bajaiman did install the Kleemann ring pulley in his C200K sedan.

From what I understand the C200K and C230K are the same motor except the C200K has a shorter stroke. All the pulley kits designed for the for the C230K will fit the C200K. I've heard that on the C200K you'll get about 192HP. There are a few people in Australia on the forums that have done it but it doesn't look like they are responding.

This is great news!!! I have decided to get a pulley and after searching around I feel quite confident in the ASP pulley (as no one has wrecked the S/C with one yet)

Does Lee of ASP racing have the blueprint to make one up on the spot from your specs? or do I still have to send my original pulley to him... you see carting one hunk of metal half way across the globe than shipping two back is going to cost me a fortune!

If you have the overall diameter of your pulley I could probably find a local machine shop to fabricate me one right here.

cheers

I don't think these guys are in the habit of throwing their design blueprints around. You shouldn't have any trouble getting it shipped from the US.

Make sure you do a proper search on the forum as at least one person has had trouble with their ASP...I am guessing that was a remote problem but just be aware of these things.

Sorry for not replying soon enough...normally I don't check the board on the weekend .

Like Buellwinkle said...it fits C200K without any problems, I'm not quite sure how much gain the pulley made cos I’m didn’t dyno the car before the pulley. I've dynoed my car after the pulley tho and its only made 105kw at the wheel with a/f ratio at about 13.8:1 to 12.9:1 (WOT).

There aren’t many C200K owners on this forum and I think I must be one of the first one to install the ring pulley in Australia. I don’t have any problem after installing the pulley since 4.5 months and 8000kms ago…and lets hope it’ll stay that way
