I jinxed my self the other day. I said my car has 13K and not one problem. Well today i tried to open my sunroof and it got stuck at 1/4 way out . Then i pushed the sunroof button again and it would just move so slow it took like 1 minute open properly. Then i tried to close it same thing happened. The problem accours at the 1/4 way mark of the sunroof, after that it is fine.
I put some greese on the rails but no luck today. Has this happend to anyone else? There was no rattles or anything on the sunroof before this happened.

You do realize that the warranty goes to 50K, right
I wouldn't introduce any oils, etc... into the mix. Just take it to the dealer. There's likely something in there preventing it from moving properly.

Pano roof
You're in Calgaire, eh? Wasn't it -15 there last night? Any chance there was some ice hindering roof operation, or do you park in a heated garage/parkade?

i believe canada's basic warranty is 4yr/80000km.
US is 4yr/50000miles + free services.
not sure about canada, but the US gets lifetime roadside assistance also (for any mercedes).

checked canada's website: roadside - 4yr/unlimited miles.

Similar thing happened to me yesterday but worst than yours. When I close my sunroof, I heard a loud crack sound and then it refused to close completely. Therefore wind noise was coming in. I tried to re-open it, but it can only open a few inches & stopped! Tried to close it again, same thing which is not completely close!
So I took the car to service this morning, they found a loose spring there and obviously it was a broken part from inside. This sping was the actial cause for not allowing the roof completely close, since it blocked the roof sliding to position. The guy told me this spring is used internally to pull open the sunroof. Anyway, I can now completely close the roof and this service rep told me that its not an emergency case anymore, therefore I need to make an appointment to fix it. They scheduled an appointment for me 2 weeks later instead of fixing it today!
