2005 C230K Sport Coupe
Extended warranty
When I got my '05 coupe, I didn't buy it from a MB dealer, my local MB dealer didn't have any coupes to speak of. So I call the local MB dealership today and ask about an extended warranty and was told since I wasn't the original owner that I couldn't get an extended warranty. I think he didn't want to help me because I was looking at an Audi TT they had, but they didn't wanna deal, so I got my C230 instead. Does this sound fishy to y'all too? I'm gonna do a google search for extended warranties, but if y'all know of any good ones, I'm all ears.

CLK55 AMG
I'm with you. I just bought an CLK 55 AMG last week and my local dealer won't sell me a warranty. I have warranty direct for my Porsche, no problems but apparently because this is an AMG no one wants to pick up the tab.
You may want to try Warranty Direct for your car though. I have not had to use mine yet but I have heard nothing but praise from the other people on the Porsche boards who have.
