Bent Rims!!! :(

Just got a call from my service rep, said the both rims on the passenger side of the car are bent on the inside. didnt say how bad, I mean, its not leaking air. I have a 35 tire on there. they are brabus replicas, the mono block I think its called. can I have these straightened out? is it worth it? dont want to really have to buy two new rims!!!! Roads in Miami beach absolutely suck!

I've never had bent rims before, so I can't give advice, but according to the n00bs I thought replicas were supposed to be better/stronger than the authentic wheels?

I just replaced a bent set of wheels. Got the "replicas" from OE wheels on EBay. Very satisfied. But roads in SC are bad too. In fact, I think roads overall in this country have gotten worse in the past 20 years. Rethinking the whole "Sport" Suspension notion.

from your post basically you told us absolutely useless informations.

1. how bad is it bent?
2. what tire size?...don't just give us the profile aspec...people run different width all the time. they can be the same profile aspec, but still have different thickness of the sidewall.
3. minor bent can be straighten out, but then again you didn't actually tell us how bad is it bent.

AHAHAHAHAHHAAHAHA!!!!

but repairing cost like...110 each. might as well buy 2 if they are cheap.

otherwise u can ask for a deal, and ask the guy to paint your wheels gunmetal!
