Drooping Headliner

I recently discovered that my headliner is drooping/sagging right above the passenger side rear seat. The lining over the pillar with the SRS badge is also a little loose. I'm guessing it's from the heat but i'm not sure. Any ideas for a DIY fix?

I don't really want to put much more money into the car. No doubt that the idea of an alcantara headliner has popped into my head. Anyone have a ballpark figure of what an install would cost?

Try and see if you have any places there that does custom interior work. My friend onw a shop here and charges roughly 200+ for a headliner. Depedning the kind of fabric you want also. Do you have a sun roof?

That seems to be famous with one of the 3-series BMW's. I saw it twice on two separate occassions. The headliner, weather stripping fell completely down into the seat! Looked horrible.

suede costs my shop about $35 a yard. you can find places to do the roof and headliners for a little less than $400
