Central Locking System will not work. Please help

Ok guys, here's the problem. About a month ago, my C230 Coupe alarm started going off about a minute after I set the alarm. I finally stopped setting the alarm and locked the doors manually, but now my key fob will not lock or unlock the car, nor will it set the alarm at all. Oh yeah, and ever since the car alarm stopped working the car radio has a ton of static on some FM and all AM stations. I have tried re-syncing the key fob by pointing it at the IR sensor on the driver's side and following the instructions in the owner's manual, but the car will not respond. I found a 7.5 amp fuse blown in the rear fuse panel, but since the dealer never put my fuse diagram back, and I didn't take the time to look to see which slot I took it from, I have no clue where it goes.

I guess what I need to know is what is causing the static, how do I fix my alarm (probably the fuse), and where do I get a fuse diagram?

Was there not another thread by you on this?

Try to keep things together.

Have you checked the battery in your remote? As for the radio static, I think it is either your tinted windows, but unlikely.
Or, you have a bad connection at the antenna.

You can get a copy of a fuse diagram from another Coupe guy with your model year, or order it fromm a MB Parts counter.

Ohh, and yes you need to find out where that fuse came from. The diagram will help match up the rating of the fuse to the number positions.

I ordered the fuse diagram from MB Parts yesterday. The batteries in both key fobs are new. I replaced them just after the problem began because I wanted to see if that was the problem, but no such luck. I only wish it would've been that easy.

I know the antenna is located on the windshield, but which one? Front or rear? Does anyone know where the Central Locking unit might be located? I would like to check it to see if there is a bad connection, short to ground, or bare wire.

Thanks again for all your help.

Update

I found where the fuse went and replaced it. The central locking system works, but only if I point the key fob at the IR sensor on the driver side door handle. I tried to re-sync the key fobs, but still no long range activation. I think it might be a radio frequency problem, especially since the radio is still screwed up. All the other fuses have been checked and are in working order.

Does anyone know where the receiver might be located for the Central Locking system?

I beleive it has smething to do with your antenna in your rear window. I do not get Am channels at all.

Does anyone know how to replace the antenna in the rear window? Do I have to replace the whole window?

You may have bad keys. Do you know if they've ever been updated? Search for the part number on the updated keys. I went through 3 sets of keys before I finally got the updated ones that have worked ever since.
