Sorry but I vote a no for it (sorry to rain on your parade, you do have a nice car though)
My POV
1. Gaps are inconsistant and too large at the bottom. Looks like a home job to me or something Saturn would put out with huge gaps that are not symmetrical all the way around and from left to right
2. Painted frame looks too much of an add on, if this was on the production car we would be having a field day, a chrome frame works but something that is matching the car in colour screams aftermarket. Not sure why the frame is needed, I think that the fins would look better if they went edge to edge
3. The AMG badging in that place is a big no-no, AMG never places them there and looks like some of the mis-badged cars out them adding badges where they don't exist
4. I have a problem with the horizontal bars not being equal and consistant. I think it would look better if there were 3 with equal openings, the bottom chrome one to me throws it off.

for part #1... the grill is still in the works, and i will make the gaps all equal at all sides, this was just a trial... to see how this grill will look. i personaly like it a lot better then most of the grills out there, and the chrome border for me is a much, at the most i would make the top bar chrome nothing else... but that is in the works too.
#2 if u think my car screams after-market u clearly have not seen many of the cars on line. the stock C-grill has a place for screws on the right and the left of the grill... so on a white car when u dont have a border on the sides u can see through the grill and see the white mettle plate sticking into the grill a little bit, which does not look good IMO, and i did not want to paint a portion of my hood to make it less visible.
for the part #3 C32 AMG's dont come with a C/F lip from the factory so its not like they would have a choice of putting the badge there. and my car is badge less and this is the only amg badge on my car.
#4 horizontal bars can not be the same length because the grill gets smaller and narrower as it gets to the bottom.

In other words 2 bars would be fine OR 3 bars with equal intake gaps (top and bottom) but the bottom chrome bar is right next to the painted frame and I think it looks a bit odd. The main bars are straight but the bottom one is curved or bent to follow the shape of the grill and that is what sort of throws me off
Understand about the lip is not a stock item, I just thought that the badge just looks a bit odd there. I am sure you will be always cleaning the badge because of the orientation, it will collect dust and dirt

Not the same grille. Harry's has the frame surround. This one on ebay is more like the Expression grille, with only 3 slats.
