Looks like this white coupe does not have a panoramic sun roof; which makes the roof of the car all white -- kind of cool. Is this unusual?

You do need to clean your front rims, though.
I'd guess that 15-30% would be without a sunroof. From the ones that I've seen at dealerships over the years, most of the dealerships almost automatically tacked on the sunroof as an option.

I think on coupes in any color other than black, I like the lack of a sunroof... It makes the car look bigger or something because there is a uniformity of color... doesn't matter on my coupe as it is black.

Don't have one, don't need one. Short of popping it up as a vent, I never used to open it up fully on my 535. My brother's new sedan (I bring picture!) has one, but the only thing I notice about it is the MFD keeps displaying a warning that it's popped open whenever I turn off the car (which it is, on purpose). Bleh.

I dont have one either. . . I think the pano would add weight to the car anyways with all the electronic motors. Anybody think of a cf roof for the coupe? Now that would be slick.

I dont have one either. I went from a convertible to no sunroof and really like it thus far. I have the same exact car, but in capri blue with less miles. and I paid over $7k less than what they are asking. Mine is a 2 years older, 2002.

I special-ordered my car without a sunroof (although I have a sedan).
I really prefer the look of a solid roof (coupe or sedan), especially if the car is a light color. It looks cleaner and more streamlined.
Additional advantages of deleting the sunroof:
1. more interior headroom.
2. fewer squeaks, rattles, and leaks as the car gets older.
3. less weight.
4. less chance of mechanical failure, and large repair bills.
5. greater structural integrity of the car.
6. safer in case of a collision.
7. more resistant to theft.

As for some of your advantages...in the coupe, there's not really any loss of headroom- the roof is huge, the panel slides out over the outside of the car, and at 6 feet tall, Ive never had a head room issue.
Yeah, squeaks when the weather is cold are an issue. I just press the button gently for a split second, it must move the roof to a position where it has better dampening from the gaskets, and the sound goes away.
I'll agree on 3 to 6, but not 7. You'll never pry this roof open. Anyone with a window is equally vulnerable.
I love sunroofs. I get open air motoring when I want, and coupe security and styling all year round. And unlike a convertible, I don't loose all my rollover protection.
White and silver coupes do look interesting without the roof...

Ehh, as someone that has had major issues with the sunroof, I could skip it. Last I had to make that thing shut with a Cordless 18 Volt Dewalt Hand Drill.

a few points:
Don't confuse "Sunroof" with "Panoroof"
Coupés do not have sunroofs.
You have no issues with interior headroom if you've got a PANO roof.
Sunroof, I could see, headroom issues. But not with a PANO roof.
To prevent squeaks, rattles, and leaks as the car gets older, just ensure it is kept properly lubed and rust-free. Every Service A & B that my Coupé has ever had, I've asked the SA to lube/grease the rails, check all the moving parts, and fix anything under warranty. However, I've never had a warranty problem to fix, so it's worked awesome for 4 years now.
I think that has kept it in such perfect condition, then again, my car is never parked outside under the sun / rain.
Yes, a panoroof is heavier than no glass roof, but unless you're on the track racing, why would that matter ?
Now that other sedans, besides the C-Coupe have the PANO roof, more techs are getting smarter on how to work on them. That's really good in the long-run, because many of those techs go independent after a while, which means repairs (if needed) are much less expensive.
Finally, I'd like to see someone try to break in to a Coupé via the panoroof.

In the UK, you hardly ever see a C class with a pano or sunroof. The Brits are a thrifty lot, and with very few days of sun, they save their money for other things. I don't know what they are saving for, but it certainly is not dental work.
