It depends on what your in for.....
My stealer charges 79.00 for minor things like oil changes. And as much as 139.00 for major stuff. This is in sacramento though, it might be higher in Frisco. I just had a hose go bad and they charged me 400.00 bucks labor for a 12.00 part. I had them do it because in order to get to it they had to take the manifold off and a bunch of other

Sounds like the partial load hose under the airbox. This is not an easy job and warranty pays about 3 hours for the repair alone. $400 labor with checkout is very fair and you were not overcharged. I hope this helps a little but probably not.
