Where to find interior LEDs?
Hey guys,
I'm really interested in LEDs, and doing an LED lit interior for my C-230k. Has anyone done this? Do they have any pics of their interior if so? Where can I find LED replacements for the interior lights? Anywhere with decent prices? Thanks guys.

You might want to try formymercedes.com. It's not listed on their site yet, but they're just starting to offer LED snake lights, which are basically single Hyperbright LEDs at the end of a 4' long pair of wires. You can basically attach them to whatever you want! The neat thing is that they have them in blue, amber, red for only $3, and in white and ultraviolet (yes!! like blacklighting!!) for $5. I have a pair of blues and a pair of UVs coming my way soon to try out

That sounds like a good idea, but I'm looking more for clusters of LEDs to replace the dome light, lights on the doors, in the footwells, like Skidz deal. Skidz, where did you get your LEDs? Any pics yet? Do you have the bulb sizes?

Ebay always has plenty of $5 leds that are 12v specific. These raw LED's can be placed almost anywhere and saves the time of converting to a 12v application.
