Unless you're a saleman, most mileage comes from recreational use (above and beyond commuter use) Mine doesn't see much evening use (I have other vehicles for that, when needed).
Since you asked the original question, what's your estimated miles per year, Oggle?

7000, on the Coupe, weekend fun. I drive a commuter van (riders pay the bill) 185 miles per day round trip. Sure glad I do not have to use the Coupe. Get new van every 100,000 and that a little over two years. It sure feels good to get in the coupe on the weekends.

I got my car in March and ive put over 18,000 miles on it so far. So in a year it'll be somewhere between 25,000-30,000
I have a 40 mile round trip commute, but the main thing is my girlfriend goes to college 100 miles away and I make the trip out there usually once a week

I have a 2001 C240, delivered December 2000. I live and work on the base (about 2 miles one way to work) Currently have 12,000 miles on it.
